Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Fees
For deliveries within the United States, you will not be charged any additional customs duties, import fees or clearance charges.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping Method
To keep our prices fair, we consolidate orders and ship them in batches. Part of our range ships directly from a partner warehouse outside the United States. This may result in longer transit times, which are partly outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment.
Split Shipments
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. There is no extra cost to you.
Delays
Delays may occur during busy periods and holidays. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will notify you by email and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@ellismanhattan.com. We will look into it and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Address changes are only possible before shipment; please contact us right away at info@ellismanhattan.com.

Returns
For information on returns, please see our Return & Refund Policy. Returns go to our partner warehouse in Ningbo, China, never to our business address. The customer pays the direct cost of return shipping.
